John grew up in Tennessee and Georgia and received a Bachelors of Education from Tennessee State University. He worked eleven summers at a summer camp and spent five years in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician on a submarine. He enjoys hiking, gardening, and playing with his wife, daughter, and dog.

Suzanne French has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Human Resources. She was born and raised in Knoxville by way of Strawberry Plains. She and her husband, Mark, have three kids and ten grandchildren. She loves animals and is a foster fail, leaving her with five cats and two dogs (and maybe a goat if she can hide it from her husband). When not playing with numbers, she enjoys spending time with family, jeeping in the mud, camping, and traveling to the Caribbean.

Max is a marketing associate at RocketCert, LLC. Originally growing up near Cleveland, Ohio, Max later moved to Toledo to attend university.

Max's career trajectory led to a relocation to Knoxville in May 2022, driven by a desire to escape the overcast skies of Ohio and to explore new professional horizons.

Drawing from a diverse background that includes a passion for music cultivated during his earlier years, Max brings a multifaceted perspective to the role of Marketing Specialist. Beyond professional pursuits, Max harbors a penchant for automotive craftsmanship, finding solace in the meticulous tinkering with cars, bikes, and various motorized contraptions.

During moments of respite, Max takes pleasure in the simple joys of home life, often accompanied by the soothing presence of two cats. With great enthusiasm, Max embarks on this new chapter of the career journey, contributing expertise to the esteemed team at RocketCert, LLC, as they collectively strive for excellence.

Jericha is from the great Sierra Nevada Mountains, earning her degrees in Psychology and Secondary Education from the University of Nevada, Reno. She enjoys crafting and rewatching cartoons in her cozy home or paddle boarding on nearby lakes.

Meet Tasé Cash. She is originally from Los Angeles and moved to Tennessee from Massachusetts in 2015. In her free time, you can most likely find her hiking in the mountains or at the World Mission Society Church of God.

Fredrick is a strategic and results-driven marketer with over five years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and branding. He has successfully helped numerous brands enhance their online presence, leading to increased visibility and revenue. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Fredrick moved to the United States in 2021 to embrace new challenges. Since then, he has led and executed several impactful digital campaigns within the tourism industry. Outside of work, Fredrick enjoys cooking, hiking in the Smoky Mountains, and relaxing on Florida's beaches.

Hayley Woods is a former teacher with a passion for fostering lifelong learners in the education field. She earned her teaching degree from Miami University in Ohio and later obtained a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Northern Kentucky University. While her heart is in Ohio, she enjoys living in Tennessee with her 2-year-old son, husband, and two dogs. Her hobbies include reading (between 50-100 books a year), organizing, and spending time with her family.

Shawn was born and raised in East Tennessee, and while she'll always call it home, her wanderlust has taken her all over the world. Asia holds a special place in her heart thanks to over 20 years of diving deep into martial arts training and teaching. Her roots run all the way back to the Grandmasters of Okinawa, but she's also roamed across the globe, soaking up as many martial arts styles as she can. With a Ni Dan in Isshin-Ryu Karate (yes, it's a legit Japanese style), she's got the skills to prove it.

But Shawn's not all about roundhouse kicks and high-energy workouts. She's got a serious love for music, spending hours hunting down new artists to add to her ever-growing playlist. When she's not jamming out, you'll find her getting lost in a good book or leveling up in a video game. Oh, and naps... lots of naps. Because, really, who doesn't love a good snooze?
